Arrival and Departure

We will not be providing transportation for attending guests. If you require transportation to and from the airport or within Mexico City please consider the following options:

Terminal 1: Porto Taxi, Sitio 300, Nueva Imagen and Excelencia.

Reminder:

All visitors require a Valid Travel Document such as a passport.
The name on your airline ticket must match exactly with the name on your Travel Document.
A valid passport with more than six months of validity is a requirement to travel to Mexico, and a valid travel visa if required.

For the in-person attendees, a breakfast will be hosted at 8:00 AM. Also, you are invited to join us for a reception after the Summit, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Both events will be held at the Hyatt Hotel.

Safety

The overwhelming majority of visitors enjoy a safe time in Mexico City. However, it is advised to use additional caution, particularly at night, outside of the frequented tourist areas where police and security patrol more routinely. Petty crime occurs frequently in both tourist and non-tourist areas.
